Cerebral degeneration: Cerebral atrophy can be focal, especially temporoparietal
in M. Alzheimer and can be caused by multiple sclerosis and cerebrovascular
disease (multiple small cerebral infarcts).

bony windows there is no fracture evident (no image). At brain windows haemorrhage
was exluded. But there are some low-density areas, that means small cerebrovasclar,
lacunar infarcts around the basal ganglia.
