severe abdominal pain. Known alcohol abuse, H. pylori positiv.

Gastritis
is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa resulting superficial erosions. Causes
are alcohol abuse, steroids, NSAIDs and H. pylori. Radiographic appearances
are poor coating with barium of the mucosa and thickening of the rugae.

erosions with surrounding mounds of edema in antral gastritis.
