CASE
HISTORY / CLINIC:
Tachycardia
FINDINGS:
About 1- 2 cm wide “rim” around
the heart with homogeneneous Houndsfield units similar to that of fluid. Shadow in
the lung parenchyma (dorsal part of inferior lobe) on both sides.
DIAGNOSIS:
Pericardial
effusion
Dorsal
dystelectasis of both inferioir lobes.
