CASE HISTORY/CLINIC:
22-year-old patient, with biting pains in the left leg.


FINDINGS:
The sagittal view shows a thin linear zone of hyperintensity (i.e high signal) along the filum terminale (< 3mm in diameter).


DIAGNOSIS:
Lipoma of the Filum terminale

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS:
Hemorrhage
