was admitted with right-sided pleuritic chest pain fever, chills, cough and
purulent sputum. Now he is on intensive care unit.
INFO/WWW:
Chest radiography
shows lobar or segmental ("patchy") infiltrates. Ipsilateral pleural effusion
may present. A positiv bronchopneumogram is typical in pneumonic
infiltrates.
D:
Pneumonia - pneumonic
segmental infiltrates in the inferior and middle lobe at the right side. Notize
the endotracheal tube
