man, 56-years-old, haematuria and varicocele at the right side.

The typical patient
with hypernephroma
is male and 40-60 years old. The tumor usually invades the inferior vena cava
and the renal veins. It may occur tumor thrombosis. Hypernephroma
spreads to the nearby tissues, the bone, liver and lung. Clinical features
are haematuria, loin pain and abdominal mass, which may be partly cystic and
is usually of increased vascularity.
A varicocele may be caused by tumor extention obstructing the testicular vein.
